Tech Coat Inc. was formed in 2005 as a satellite expansion plant of Torcad Limited. Torcad Limited is a member of The Court Group of Companies Ltd. and is a general electroplate coating applicator in Southern Ontario, Canada. The Court Group and Torcad Limited had a small Dip Spin Application line that required modernization and upsizing. Tech Coat Inc. was created to fulfill the Dip Spin markets need for a reliable high tech, high volume second source to the Southern Ontario market. The new state of the art equipment was installed in Guelph, Ontario due to its central location and started up in 2006.

Tech Coat Inc. is an applicator. This is our specialty. We are not a paint manufacturer. This means we are not loyal to only one product type but rather this allows us to match the correct paint or process to the correct applications, this is critical in order to serve all of our customers and afford them the correct coating solution that they require at the right price.
